Nederlands

Welke gegevens verwerken we?

English

Pulseroom is a newsroom platform for organisations. The Pulseroom app and web platform process data solely to provide the service to the newsroom you belong to.

What we process: your email address and name (for your account and to record who approved or rejected each article), your editorial decisions, a device token for push notifications, and technical logs for troubleshooting. Nothing else: no advertising identifiers, no tracking, no third-party analytics.

Why: solely to operate the platform — signing in, presenting articles for approval, recording decisions by name within your newsroom, and delivering notifications. Data is never sold and not shared with third parties, except the technical delivery of push notifications via Google (FCM) and Apple (APNs).

Security & retention. All traffic is encrypted (TLS); credentials and API keys are stored encrypted in a vault. Data is retained for as long as your newsroom holds an account.

Deletion & your rights. Accounts are managed by your newsroom administrator. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact your administrator or email info@pulseroom.io; deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.
